How to get there:
On foot
At a brisk pace, the walk from the City Centre takes 50 minutes and is mostly downhill and lit at night-time. From Princes Street go down Leith Walk to the bottom and continue straight down Constitution Street. Turn left into Bernard Street at the Robert Burns statue. Continue along the street and cross over to the office.
By bicycle
Bernard Street is an easy bike ride from the City Centre, either by road (following the directions above) or on National Cycle Network Route 75, which is traffic-free through north Edinburgh and takes you to within a few hundred yards of the Equality Network office. You can lock your bike on posts on Bernard Street, or using the railings on The Shore.
By bus
Local buses 16, 22 , 35 and 36 pass near the Equality Network from different parts of Edinburgh City Centre. Contact Traveline (see below) for a current timetable. The buses do not give change and the standard minimum fare at time of printing is £1, or you can get a one-day pass (Day Saver, or Day Ticket) on boarding any LRT bus for use on all LRT daytime buses for £2.30.
Taxis
A day-time taxi from Edinburgh City Centre costs £6-7 at time of printing and takes around 20 minutes. One local taxi firm is: City Cabs [0131]. 228 1211.

Free parking space is available in a housing complex opposite the office, accessible from Maritime St. There are also spaces at the Ocean Terminal shopping centre at Leith Docks, and off Bernard Street after 6.00pm.
