Second submission on same-sex marriage
This is the Equality Network's second submission to the Scottish Parliament Public Petitions Committee, on same-sex marriage.

The Scottish Parliament Public Petitions Committee is considering a petition calling for same-sex marriage to be available. The Equality Network has been asked twice by the Committee to submit our views. Our first submission explained why same-sex marriage is needed. We were then asked to make a further submission in response to the Scottish Government's submission that it would be complicated to change the law in this area.

Our second submission is attached below. On the Parliament's website are all submissions made to the Committee.
