And why should we have to keep saying "Well, it's okay. We would tell heterosexual people that we're lesbian or gay" when actually we're bisexual? And why shouldn't heterosexual people know that bisexuality is an option that exists? Because you spend your life being told that, as a young person, being told that heterosexual is the thing to be. And that if you get any other option offered at all, well, actually, some people are lesbian or gay. But very few people are told that bisexuality is actually a possibility too. And so I felt that what we were doing was just perpetuating that and keeping bisexuality invisible. And it's invisible enough to start with, unless you're the type of person who wants more than one relationship at a time. You're not obviously bisexual, unless you're going to wear a big badge. And badges are kind of out of fashion now, I guess.
