Wanted: Volunteer Members of Board of Trustees
The Equality Network is seeking new members of the Board of Trustees, which provides governance and strategic direction for the organisation. Anyone with an interest in equality or human rights issues is welcome to apply.
The Equality Network campaigns and works for equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Scotland. Through its projects and other activities it creates ways for people to contribute to making Scotland a place in which everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, can live free from hatred, prejudice and discrimination.
We are seeking new members of the Board of Trustees, which provides governance and strategic direction for the organisation. Anyone with an interest in equality or human rights issues is welcome to apply.
The Group meets every two months. Members are unpaid, but travel expenses from any part of Scotland will be reimbursed, as will child-care and other carers' expenses.
