Summary (Mainstream public services and the bi+ experience)
Bi+ people can experience significant biphobia and other, intersecting forms of discrimination while accessing mainstream services. However, some mainstream services and spaces, such as gaming communities and neurodivergent communities, provide welcoming environments for bi+ people.
In common with the wider LGBTI+ community, bi+ people with intersecting identities often find it difficult to find places where all parts of their identities are accepted.
